Down the Cape

CarrieNation and I strike off to Boston tomorrow where we'll hop in a rental car and head down (dahn?) the Cape for family reunion on Saturday. I always have a good time on the Cape, despite the fact that I don't think much about it as a beach location. My uncle's house backs up against a freshwater pond and he has a small armada of kayaks, which we typically use to stage large scale naval engagements. There will probably be a not small amount of gambling/card playing involved as well, which suits me just fine.

The one potential drawback is that we get back latish on Sunday, and face the very real possiblity of defaulting on the 104p52w challenge if my our flight is delayed. It's been pretty smooth sailing so far this challenge, so this is one of the first real tests. Still, despite the narrow window, it'll be worth it to post a Rembrandts video at 11:59 on Sunday and crush Jodi's spirit.
